The /ES looks to open around 1759 after closing yesterday at 1758. It traded at an overnight low of 1752 and a high of 1759. The 10yr is trading around 2.525 and is currently trading around 2.509.
$FB is out with earnings that beat, but issued some cautious comments about site usage that frightened investors. The stock had closed yesterday at 49, hit an ETH high of 57, only to reverse and hit a low of 47.25. In the AM session it has traded in a 4% range, opening around 49 hitting a high of 51 and is currently trading around 49.50. I would look to put on a weekly strangle off the open.
So far strangles in $GOOG, $NFLX, $AAPL, $AMZN and $LNKD have all worked off the open.
$SBUX is out with earnings and is trading lower after issuing conservative guidance for 2014. It closed at 80.75 and has traded in the ETH from 81 down to 78 and is currently trading around 78.50.
$EXPE is out with earnings and is trading up about 9 points from a close at 50 to a current print around 59. It traded at a low of 57 and a high of 60. $PCLN is trading 12 points higher off the back of the $EXPE earnings as well.
