/ES Futures look to open higher after closing at 1436, look to open at 1440.
$JAKK - 376m mkt cap - has lowered its FY 2012 outlook. Shares closed at 14.57 on Friday and are at new 52wk lows in the pre-mkt, trading at 12.63
$GMAN - 353M mkt cap - Lowers it's Q3 and Q4 guidance. Shares closed at 18.45, and are trading at 14.25. The 52wk low was 11.18 set back in the end of November, 2011.
$MSFT also caught a downgrade from RBC Capital. Stock closed at 29.75 on Friday and tested a low of 29.66 in the pre-mkt but bounced higher to 29.83.
