Friday 30 May 2025 Morning Notes

Closed out my ELF spreads for +85%, or roughly $5.25 from an initial $2.85 buy, not bad. Would have been nice if there were further otm wkly call strikes, I would have positioned differently than the 90-100-105 strikes I used. Fresh on the heels of my ELF earnings trade, I traded a COST 1010/1030/1050 bfly for $3.85. The stock has only gapped higher 5 of the last 19 reports, but has tended to rally on the gaps lower.

I'm not around this morning, so I have no plans to do anything other than nurse my COST trade. A small position as I knew I wouldn't be around to deal with it.
