Friday 12 January 2024 Morning Notes

Flipped a straddle in WSM for a quick +20%, only to watch it run for close to +100% in the 1st hour of trade. Also flipped some Jan 40 puts in TTGT, that was one of those quick vol flips. Could only land 8 contracts, but it was a quick couple hundred bucks when I flipped it a few minutes later. That also ran for close to +100%.

Y'day Other News: RIOT: +5.6% at 16.40; MARA: +5.6% at 27; MSTR: +4.5% at 590; COIN: +4% at 157; Bitcoin names rallying on the SEC's approval of BTC etfs. Thinking aloud here, but I'd be interested to see what happens with the Grayscale btc fund which is/was trading a massive discount to NAV, if it can be rolled into an ETF.
