It is now April 6th, so the ball is in the SEC's court with regards to whether or not they bring forward a formal complaint against Coinbase. I anticipate that they will, and expect it to move a faster clip than a typical SEC investigation given everything going on in the crypto space. I'm hanging my hat on the complaint hitting before April 30th, based on nothing other than my amateur speculation.
