Ended up putting on some covered call trades in LOGC, selling the Oct 2.5 calls for 5 cents and selling the May '23 calls for .15 cents. The cash deal is expected to close in 6-8wks, so this will juice the annualized return. Gonna be a rough one if the deal falls apart. Also traded the CS March '23 3/2/1 1x1x1 put spread, buying the 3s, selling 1x each of the 2s and 1s for an avg debit of 18.45 cents. I really like the risk/reward profile of that trade.
