How can I be so smart and stupid at the same time? Hah. For some reason, I thought covered straddles were nearly "can't miss" trades, because I failed to realize it really isn't a straddle if the call side is covered. Basically, it's just a stupid trade. This is why I'm largely like "stick to what you know, and just do only that". I was on such a tear to start the year, and have coughed back some nice gains via truly stupid trades.
