Y'day Other News: The market got smoked yesterday with the S&P falling 4.2% and the Dow falling 4.6%. Then the volatility markets imploded or exploded depending on how you were trading them. This was truly something else. Lots of talk about lawsuits against Credit Suisse; however, if anyone actually took the time to read the prospectus one would quickly realize it will basically be impossible to win at trial as CS clearly states their ETNs are worth $0.
