Monday Dec 9 pre-mkt outlook

The /ES looks to open around 1807 after finishing on Friday at 1804. It hit a high of 1809 and a low of 1805. The 10yr is trading around 2.847 after finishing Friday at 2.880. The VIX finished at 13.8.

$MCD is out with SSS's numbers and is trading lower in the pre-mkt. It closed at 96.80 and is currently trading around 95.75.

$SYY is RIPPING higher on the announcement of a merger. The stock closed at 34.25 on Friday and is currently trading around 44.25. It saw massive Jan call buying on Nov 26 and again on Friday Dec 6 in the Jan 35s, though 3k or so were closing. I'm not in it, but at least I wasn't the guy who closed his calls out on Friday!

$IOC got knocked hard on Friday after it looked like the deal it entered with $TOT is bad for IOC. the stock had closed around 88.40 on Thursday and then opened around 60 on Friday, hit a low of 50.97 and rebounded to close at 55. It's currently trading around 58.50. @TheNotableCalls is saying this could present a buying opportunity. A rugged trade if you ask me, I would enter into a call spread to offset some of the vol cost in anticipation of a rebound.
