The /ES sold off again yesterday to close at 1774.50. It is currently trading lower at 1772 after trading at an overnight high of 1780 and a low of 1770.75. The 10yr is trading around 2.859 after finishing 2.880. The VIX finished at 15.55.
$ADBE is out with earnings which saw the stock sell off immediately only to rebound sharply higher. It closed at 54.01, hit a ETH low of 51.50 and a high of 58.25. It is currently trading around 57.30.
$APC is getting knocked hard this morning off this news from the WSJ:
--A U.S. bankruptcy judge ruled Anadarko Petroleum could be liable for at
least $5 billion in a lawsuit over environmental and legal liabilities
related to its 2006 acquisition of Kerr-McGee Corp. Judge Allan L.
Gropper said Anadarko could have to pay damages of between $5.2 billion
and $14.2 billion in his opinion. Energy analysts had pegged Anadarko’s
liability at $3 billion or less. Shares sank 11% premarket to $74.85.--
APC shares closed yesterday at 83.66 and is currently trading around 74.03. It hit an ETH high of 79 and a low of 73.00.
